All organisations and staff have a duty under section 11 the Children Act 2004 to make arrangement to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people, including the unborn child and to know what to do should they have any concerns.
As a result CCJJ Training and Consultancy Services (Safeguarding) including child protection are committed to developing the skills and knowledge of all staff within individual organizations, ensuring that they are able to meet relevant core competencies in relation to their role when they have concerns about a child's welfare or safety.
Our training and consultancy services are ideal for statutory and non-statutory organizations. For example our training events offer an opportunity for staff at different levels to develop further competencies and key skills ensuring that the organisation remains effective in discharging its duty.
